2026 AAU Financial Aid
In 2026, Above the Rim Foundation has proudly been able to provide over $13,000 of AAU Financial Aid to families and players in need. In less than a year, Above the Rim has already made a huge impact towards keeping opportunities affordable for all!
Holiday Basketball Drive
This holiday season, Above the Rim Foundation set out to collect lightly used basketballs from generous coaches, players, and parents in the Philadelphia area. These basketballs were then going to be donated to Philadelphia area recreation centers.
We are beyond excited to announce that we were able to collect and subsequently donate 46 basketballs to Philadelphia Parks and recreation to be used in their youth basketball programming! Special thanks to all of the coaches that generously contributed to this cause. Thanks to Mike Barsotti of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation for organizing the pickup and distribution of all the basketballs!
2026 Ivy Tour
In 2026, Above the Rim Foundation provided $1,700 to sponsor athletes to attend the Ivy League Tour. The 2026 tour included stops at Princeton, Brown, Harvard, and Columbia. Along the way, players competed in front of coaches from 45+ elite Division III colleges, giving them the chance to make connections that have already led to recruiting conversations and opened doors for future opportunities.
